I believe

This life is built on endless expansions and contractions. We are like the pulsing of the heart; when we expand, our heart is open and we are in creative flow. We have energy, generosity and the desire to expand more, and primarily what we have within us is the movement of life…  Stuckness and movement are temporary states. Our consciousness and energetic and emotional bodies are in constant change.  WHEN THERE IS NO MOVEMENT, AND THE PULSATION TAKES US INWARD, WE CAN EXPERIENCE DENSITY, DISCHORD, STUCKNESS, CONTRACTION AND THE DESIRE TO FOLD IN. SOMETIMES AN INNER DARKNESS VISITS US, BRINGING WITH IT DOUBT AND DISTRUST. It is in these places that a window for inner work opens. These places are like a spiral that returns to us, each time a little bit differently. In these places it’s possible to begin the process of healing and transformation that we have so longed for. The medicine that we bring into these dense places is observation, reconciliation, dreaming and surrender
