I have spent most of my adult life creating spaces that allow freedom and expression. Whether it is through working with youth or as a conscious sexuality teacher. In recent years I have accompanied groups, couples and individuals through deep processes using tools from the world of tantra, non-violent communication, massage, movement therapy and mindfulness. My gift, is the ability to create a contained, safe and enabling experience to unleash, together, the painful places and deepen the pleasurable realms
