I believe

I believe that in order for the mind and spirit to be free the body must be in motion. And for the spirit and the body to unite, there is a need for touch of body in body, soul in soul. I am constantly exploring and learning what that means and how all the worlds come together and create healing

More details

Years of working with the body as a dancer led me to explore the connection between body, soul and spirit.
When I graduated with a bachelor's degree in behavioral science, from my own personal investigation and desire to find healing for the body and mind pain, I learned and specialized in bodywork through Pilates and yoga.
During my 12 years as a yoga and Pilates teacher, I specialized in working with people suffering from pain and injuries.
During my personal and my research quest, I discovered that most of the body aches were caused by emotional barriers and a lack of flow of sexual energy in the body - the energy of life.
When I was first exposed to the world of tantra, a very powerful and meaningful healing process began in all areas of my life, which led me to deepen and explore.
As a Yoga Teacher and Thai Massage Therapist Connecting to the world of Tantra is natural and profound and allows me to bring all my qualities and gifts to the sessions, workshops and retreats
